I’ve always thought this would be a great thing to happen. I’m glad to see it’s out there, even if it’s the exception.

Here’s the 2015 SJC decision about residency restrictions that is mentioned: http://cases.justia.com/massachusetts/supreme-court/2015-sjc-11822.pdf?ts=1440770496
I haven’t read it yet, but the fact they compared RCs to the Japanese-American Internment, as well as Native American forced relocation, has me interested in picking through it.

Joel Pentlarge should be given an award for helping fellow human beings. State Senator Anne Gobi has a lot of learning to do. She talks about how other states have residency restrictions and sex offenders should not be allowed to live together, but has she looked at the results of what these laws have done to these states?
Just another politician trying to make herself look good to her fear mongering constituents!

What this man has done is something I always thought I’d do should I ever come into enough money to acquire such real estate. Good for him!

Rats, this would have been the perfect place to let RCs live (though on the street): http://www.sfchronicle.com/bayarea/matier-ross/article/Rich-SF-residents-get-a-shock-Someone-bought-11738236.php
